Rules etc. for Mods
We really need some guidelines for mods.......
Even today with numerous mods on the daily chat thread was not closed and put in the basket........
Other threads needed some attention....
I did notice posting by some of the mods and Sarah and PinkFlamingo posted pictures
Aside from that........mods need guidelines...
here are some thoughts............
A place to post times mods are most likely available so that at least one mod can be on most of the time...
Need one mod to be in charge of pm's to new members......that is that mod pm's new member......I think Sarah is doing that.......I have when I've been on and had time.
Inactivity by any mod for one week without notification posted in the mod section and pm'ing is cause for loosing mod privilidges...Exception is in case of emergency...
Since we have two portal chats......whatever mod is on to make sure there are no bots.......if mod is in chat room the whole time then they are not doing their job which is to monitor.....check any and all posts that are written...
Unacceptable language got by us and we were reported to forum motion.....
So......this is not good.......
Just because someone has been an admin or mod on some other forum doesn't mean that webbies4ever does things the same way....
All the other rules we have......3 word rule and how to handle it....

Fighting or Arguing by any Mod on open forum ....
will result in consequences....
Arguing with Admin on open forum will be reasons to dismiss you as Mod.
Just because someone has been an admin or mod on some other forum doesn't mean that webbies4ever does things the same way....so please familiarize yourself with the procedures.
The other rules we have......3 word rule and how to handle it....
1. When you see the post(s), make a nice comment in the next thread ...
A reminder.
2. Repeated offenders, remind nicely, send a pm warning.
3. If person keeps breaking the rule post in colors and send pm warning of
further consequences....
This is how we will handle Comments that Stir- Up Trouble/are Hurtful in the Forum:
1. When you see the Post(s), Immediatley Delete them AND Post it in the "Admin & Mod" Section
2. Please Put a Friendly Note [Post] In the Thread where the Post was WITHOUT Colors.

If Any Problems Persist in that Specific Thread.....Repeat Step #1 BUT Instead of Step #2, Do This:
3. Put Note in the Thread Where the Post Was in COLORED INK.
