appointing mods...

In order to avoid what has happened twice now on the forum........
I thought there was a plan in place but obviously there is not....
We even have the procedure as to how we determine a mod posted in faq....

I feel there needs to be a plan in place when admin decides who they want to make a mod.

We need mature individuals, not individuals that will make a stink about the situation..
We also need to figure out how to handle these types of things privately and not in open forum........it is a total turn off.......to members, me as a member and new members may run for the hills...

Rewarding childish behavior as was exhibited last evening only perpetuates more of the same.

Twice now there was capitulation which indicates weakness.....

Admins have gotta have a strong front and stand together.......
If there is disagreement there then its best handled outside of members view...

And I'm pretty sure it was. We pick the oldest and best mods in our opinion.

I also thought that the faq said w4 was going to pick mods by having other moderators recommend someone to the admin or committee or whatever....and then choose...

That was put there so members would not complain about who was chosen and beg or act out about being a mod....

So ........this confuses me......
acting one way..........saying we do something another way......??????????

Oh well, whatever!!!
