Something in place for mods so feelings aren't hurt

Example.........Sarah wants to be global mod cause that's next thing...
She does great work but for example purposes.....beachrox who is new is on more and a bit more mature...etc., etc., etc.....
So........Sarah's good ........you don't want her to quit....
You only need one global mod at the time..

What's the plan....
