Members that argue and beg with admin

Can we put something in place to deal with this since its happened twice already??

Members that beg and act out because they want to be a mod????

First of all someone begging or acting out to be a mod basically isn't mature enough to be a mod.....

If something like this happens in the forum again have a plan......
A time out........post time out.........everyone take 15 mins and go to the argument section post whatever grievances and admin will answer shortly....
Gives everyone a chance to calm down before responding...

But the problem with that then is members quit, e.t.c.

And then no one is happy.

The reason I posted this is to try to figure a solution to this....
Gheez.........everybody can't be a mod
Somebody is likely to be unhappy but if we figure a way to handle it then hopefully members won't quit!!!!!!!!!

That's a good idea but I hope you give them limited access.....

They just have as much access as mods do now.

If they act up, it gets thrown in the trash.
