My position

Okay, guys.......
First of all.........global mod is what????
What authority to I have???
Granted I have seniority but that's about it.......

So far I've done the majority of the mod work and other things members usually do, etc., etc., etc......
And I am not asking for thanks or being appreciated.......that's not what this is about...
Its About Respect!!!!!!

Diva helped for awhile.......Sarah busted her butt to please the two of you but hardly responded to any email I sent....
I had to get Vince to email whomever to get them to do certain things...
ConMan........who knows about admin and mod stuff he says would not get off the chat box when I asked him nicely to do so......
I also had to get Vince to email mods about a couple other things ...don't remember what.........I got no results......

Well that is total lack of respect.....and I'm not willing to be treated that way anymore.

But that is not where we are today........
There are lots of mods..........

So..........how are you guys gona handle this????????

Then we need to at least get rid of their mod status while they arer gone.....otherwise it will look like everyone on the forum is staff

I feel bad that you had added stress last nite......

I'm tired of hearing excuses for mods not doing their jobs....
or making excuses for them myself....I'm not talking about new ones that don't know a thing.....
When a member totally disregards when I tell him to get off the chat box...
That is total disrespect..........then that member becomes a mod......

So do you think for one minute that new mod will listen to anything I say...
I highly doubt it....

You weren't the only one stressed out yesterday.......half the day I was in
conversations helping Vince get unbanned.......then trying to get caught up on
work.........
Vince was stressed to the max himself........
Granted you had way more going on but it was a rough day on all of us....
I come on last nite.......head over to argument forum.....get slammed off you guys conversation.......go to the forum later and see that mess going on toward the end of it.............
I had to get off.........had had enough stress for one day!!!

True...but did ConMan really say that he just wasn't going to get off the CB?

After I ask him nicely to get off cb there was a bot.....
I don't remember who he was on with......

He said bots are harmless

I said something like those are the rules.......
other person got off......
he kept saying bots were harmlesss....
don't remember what else he said.......
I cleared the cb

he was still on.......
i went and did something else....somebody needed something or other

went back......there were no bots
he was on then so that was fine...

I'll talk to him.
