I think you guys should put a halt on mods... for now. I believe 8 Mods/Global Mods is good. Especially with the whole Summer Mod thing, it went a bit crazy. So, I think that maybe in the future, wait until somebody leaves, before promoting more or adding more. Just my 2 cents, thats all.

Yeah, you don't need that much staff, only if it's a big website, sorry but I don't really like the summer mod/admin thingy..
